How long does it take?
Each talent sets their own reply time and shows it on their profile — usually one to three days. If a video is not delivered within 7 days you are refunded automatically, no questions asked.
What am I allowed to ask for?
Birthday wishes, congratulations, a pep talk, a thank you, a roast between friends — anything positive. Be specific: names, dates and inside jokes are what make a video feel personal rather than generic.
How do I pay?
You can pay with EcoCash, Zimswitch, InnBucks or a bank transfer through Paynow, or with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express card through Stripe. Everything is charged in USD.
Can I book one for myself?
Yes, and plenty of people do. A message aimed at you is just as valid as a gift — motivation before a big day, or a birthday message you booked yourself.
