Yes! Once delivered, you can download your video from your booking page. The video is yours to keep forever. You can download it multiple times and share it anywhere you like.

You own the video for personal use. You can download, share, and post it on social media. However, you cannot use it for commercial purposes or resell it without written permission from the celebrity.

Yes. Every shoutout is private by default — only you and whoever you send the link to can watch it, and it is never listed anywhere on ToraShaout. If you would rather let the creator feature it on their profile, there is a checkbox at checkout, and you can change your mind from your booking page at any time.

Absolutely, it is your video — download it and post it wherever you like. Sharing it yourself is separate from letting the creator feature it on their ToraShaout profile, which stays off unless you turn it on.

If the talent does not deliver within 7 days, you are refunded in full automatically — you do not need to ask. Refund requests for videos that were delivered are reviewed case by case, and we cannot refund a video that has already been downloaded or shared. Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days using your original payment method. Full details are in section 6.3 of our Terms of Service.

Visit your booking page and click the "Request Refund" button, or contact our support team at info@torashaout.com with your booking ID. We aim to review every request within 2 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.

If a talent declines, we queue your full refund straight away and our team processes it with the payment provider. You are never charged a fee for a declined request. Celebrities may decline for various reasons, such as the request not aligning with their brand or containing inappropriate content.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will review your case, then either ask the talent for a redo or issue a refund. Refund requests for videos that were delivered are reviewed case by case, and we cannot refund a video that has already been downloaded or shared.

If you're a public figure or content creator with an established following, visit our "Join as Talent" page and submit an application. Our team reviews all applications and will contact you within 5-7 business days if you're a good fit.

We look for established public figures with a significant following and engagement on social media or in traditional media. You should be comfortable recording video messages and have a genuine desire to connect with fans.

You set your own price per video and keep 75% of every booking (we take a 25% platform fee). ToraShaout is brand new, so we can't point at established earnings yet — your earning potential depends on your audience, your price, and how often you take bookings.

Yes! As talent, you have full control over your pricing. You can adjust your rates anytime based on demand, your schedule, and your preferences. We provide guidance and analytics to help you optimize your pricing.

You're expected to respond to requests within your stated response time, create personalized videos that match the booking instructions, and maintain professionalism. You can decline requests that don't align with your brand or values.
